A New Set of Wheels

I just got back from the park, where I went to relax in the beautiful 80 degree weather and read a book. During my last 10-15 minutes there, a man on roller blades kept passing by, flying down the hill and past me, shooting his arms up in the air and yelling out "Whoooo---whooo hoo hooo---whooooo," then laughing hysterically. I think I need to get some rollerblades.
