During dinner at a friend's house tonight, I thought to myself, "I am going to have to blog about this...everyone who knows me will be shocked by my newfound love of brussel sprouts."
However, at that point I was unaware of something even bigger and better that I would be introduced to and come to love quickly: Nintendo Wii Boxing. I think that my minimal number of months taking cardio kick boxing at the gym really paid off, because I was suprisingly good at the boxing. I loved the sound effects, the red explosions my punches created on my opponent, and the fact that my boxer (built to resemble me)had a big smile on throughout the match.
If you have a Nintendo Wii, I want to be your friend. (If you happen to have brussel sprouts, that's just an added bonus.) And if you are the one person I didn't beat tonight, I want a rematch.

Wii! I played tennis and bowling and they were fantastic! Welcome to the world of video game love.
I really like brussels sprouts. My mother calls them, "baby cabbages." She prepares the fresh ones, and they are yummy! The last time she prepared them was at Christmas, with a crown roast of pork.
I'm so happy to hear you're in the "Wii+brussels sprouts" camp. They're an unlikely but wonderful pair.
We can rematch any time.
